Jennifer was a Human Resources executive for 20 years in major corporations where she counselled senior executives and all levels of employees on achieving their full potential. Her HR career included hiring, training, placing, coaching, and succession and strategic planning. Her extensive experience in dealing with human relations issues and looking for each person’s unique talents formed a natural link to her "fabulous second act" as a professional matchmaker and founding partner of Rose & Heller and zGoddess.com.
She was the Director of Human Resources at MTV Networks and Nickelodeon, and an HR professional at McGraw-Hill, Standard & Poor's Corporation, Bergdorf Goodman and Office.com. She founded The Transition Team, an executive placement and career counselling firm.
Jennifer is active in many charitable endeavors and is currently the Vice President of Grand Street Settlement's Board of Directors and is on the Children's Museum of Manhattan's Board of Directors.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Tulane University and was certified at The New School of Social Research in administering the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator.
